The ACC timeline

1

1921-1931

Founded by AFC friends

ACC begins on 5 March 1921 at cafe De IJsbreker. A group of AFC friends wanted to strengthen their bond through cricket. The first official NCB second-class match followed on 15 May against VRA 2 at the AFC ground on Zuidelijke Wandelweg.

The club grows

The 1930s bring the first ACC century, a women’s section, ACC-Pitch, Zami cricket, junior cricket and several new grounds. The club identity expands beyond one senior side into a real cricket community.
